Jogeshwari businessman Roshan Jamal Khan, arrested in Spain in January last year, has been convicted for being associated with a terror group and sentenced to eight-and-a-half years in jail. Jamal, father of four, was arrested from the Al-Ziyad Mosque in Barcelona on January 19, 2008. A total of 15 persons, including two Indians, were arrested. Three Pakistanis and an Indian were released, but the other 11 faced trial.
