Tibetan Spiritual Leader the Dalai Lama during the fourth annual Lecture on Minorities in New Delhi on Wednesday, 10 August 2011. The Dalai Lama fled Tibet following a failed uprising against Chinese rule in 1959. He later founded the government in exile in Dharamshala after being offered exile by India.
