Rakesh Rastogi, close associate of O Ravi after being produced before the Metropolitan Megistrate"s court by CBI officials in New Delhi on Thursday, 29 April 2010. O. Ravi, Ashok Khemani and Rakesh Rastogi was arrested by CBI in connection with the alleged Rs 340 crore excise duty evasion scam.
