NRI delegates after attending the seminar on the first day of the Ninth Overseas Indian Conference "Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2011" in New Delhi on Friday, 07 January 2011. Some 1,500 delegates from 50 countries have arrived for the annual gathering of overseas Indians to discuss issues regarding the Diaspora and education in emerging opportunities.
