Chief Minister of Delhi Sheila DIskhit visit to see the victims of bomb blast at Ram Manohar Lohia hospital in New Delhi, India on Wednesday, 07 September 2011. At least 11 people were killed and 57 injured when a bomb apparently hidden in a suitcase exploded outside the High Court. Harkat-ul-Jehadi Islami (HuJI), an Islamist militant outfit based in Pakistan and Bangladesh, claimed responsibility for the attack, the deadliest in India in nearly two months, prompting a nation-wide alert.
