K P Pawar, newly appointed lawyer of 26/11 terror attack accused Ajmal Kasab"s who replaced former lawyer Abbas Kazmi, in Mumbai on Monday, 30 November 2009. A special court, conducting the trial of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, sacked the lone surviving gunman of the Mumbai attacks Ajmal Kasab"s lawyer Abbas Kazmi citing non-cooperation by him.
