Mumbai Police officials take ride of newly unveiled bullet-proof speed boat, to intensify patrolling along the coastline of the metropolis in the aftermath of 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attack in Mumbai on Tuesday, 29 September 2009. Named "Koyna" and "Kaveri", the Indian made air-conditioned boats are equipped with advanced engines, Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and wireless sets and at least eight policemen armed with AK-47s, life guards and binoculars will keep vigil along the 140 km-long city"s coastline, along with existing nine boats of the police. The 13-meter long and Rs 3.5-crore worth "Koyna" and nine-meter long and Rs 1.5-crore "Kaveri" zooms off at a speed of 38 nautical miles per hour.
