NDFB militant Khageswar Basumtary alias Rahul Brahma,one of the accused in the serial blasts on October 30, 2008 being produced before CJM court in Guwahati on Sunday,30 May 2010. Khageswar Basumtary along with his wife was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) at Ziro in Arunachal Pradesh on 27th May 2010. Khageswar Basumtary who allegedly parked an explosive-laden car at Panbazar in Guwahati. The blast killed eight persons and injured 30 others at Panbazar area on October 30, 2008.
