Nikita Mehta with her husband appears in Bombay High court in Mumbai on Monday, 04 August 2008. Bombay High court refuses couple’s abortion plea which was challenged the 37-year-old abortion law of the country. The couple has sought permission to terminate a 25 weeks pregnancy because the foetus has a congenital heart defect.
