Tibetan exiled spiritual leader the Dalai Lama duirng the inauguration ceremony of a new unit at Max Heart and Vascular Institute hospital in New Delhi on Saturday, 21 November 2009. Dalai Lama inaugurated the Max Institute of Minimal Access Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and the Cancer Center Operation Theatre.
