Students celebrate after their success in the 12th Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) exams at The Convent of Jesus and Mary School in New Delhi on Friday, 22 May 2009. 71,130 students including 38,622 girls got more than 60 per cent marks; girls registered a pass percentage of 85.94 against 77.40 of boys. Chennai region registered the best performance by students as 92.06 per cent cleared the test.
