RPF patrolling the Railway track ahead of the Foundation day of the militants group United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA), in Guwahati on Monday, 02 April 2012. High alert has been sounded in Assam to thwart possible attacks by the banned militants in run up to the foundation day. ULFA will observe their foundation day on 7th April.
