President Pratibha Patil touches tulips flowers in the Mughal Garden at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on Thursday, 14 February 2008. The Mughal, Musical, Spiritual and Herbal Gardens of the Rashtapati Bhavan will be open for public viewing from 16 February-24 March.
