People take ride in the new solar-electric rickshaw, ‘Soleckshaw’ after its launch by Chief Minister of Delhi, Shila Dixit and Minister of Science and Technology, Kapil Sibbal in New Delhi on Thursday, 02 October 2008. The Soleckshaw, with its zero carbon footprint designed by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is aimed for as an eco-friendly urban transport.
