People take blessing of Tibetan Spiritual Leader Dalai Lama as he arrives in Guwahati Assam, on Saturday, 01 February 2014. The 14th Dalai Lama arrived in Guwahati to attain the Tibetan Festival 2014 and he will deliver LBS Foundation’s Commemorative Lecture during his six days tour to Assam and Meghalaya.
