Two days after arresting Nagpur Income Tax Commissioner Ajoy Kumar Singh being taken to produced at Session Court in a disproportionate assets case in Mumbai on Tuesday 27th October 2009. CBI today filed a charge sheet against them in a special court at Session Court, Soon after the charge sheet was filed, the two accused sought bail. The CBI Court granted interim bail to Mrinalika on r surety of Rs one lakh while remanding Singh to judicial custody till October 31.
