Security personnel deployed outside the historic Mirwaiz Manzil during undeclared curfew in down town Srinagar on Saturday to prevent any rally at Eidgah and nobody was being allowed to enter the area on 21st death anniversary of Mirwaiz Moulvi Mohammad Farooq.
