Security personnel use tear gas shells are fired & purple-dyed water is sprayed on Kashmiri government employees during the protest against state government in Srinagar on Thursday, 07 May 2015. Dozens of government employees were detained as they tried to stage a protest march to voice their demands for the regularization of contractual employment status.
