Security personnel patrolling on the street of Lal Chowk in Srinagar on Saturday in the back drop of all the shops closed due to the general strike call given by breakaway Hurriyat Conference in protest against the alleged mass arrests. It was the first after the educational institutions reopened in the Kashmir valley after winter vacation.
