A helmet decorated by condoms costume on the occasion of International Condom Day 2017 in New Delhi on Monday, 13 February 2017. The event was organised by AIDS Healthcare Foundation to promote the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) like HIV, and unwanted pregnancies, through condom distribution and to create awareness of safe sex.
