Bollywood Producer Bharat Shah, Director Madhur Bhandarkar and Ashok Pandit at the funeral ceremony of Veteran Bollywood Producer-Director Prakash Mehra in Mumbai on Monday,18 May 2009. He died of pneumonia and multiple organ failure at 7.50 am on Sunday at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. He was 69.
