At an investiture ceremony organized by General Administration Department, Jammu and Kashmir State, Governor, N. N. Vohra today presented awards to 71 recipients under various categories. Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah was Chief Guest and Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand Guest of Honour on the occasion.
