Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi arrives at the inaugural function of the “Self-Employment Generation Scheme for Education Unemployment Youths in Tourism Sector” under Chief Minister’s Assam Bikash Yojana 2008-09 in Guwahati on Saturday, 28 February 2009. Assam Tourism department distributed more than 256 cars among the youths to promote tourism in the state.
