Chairperson of United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Sonia Gandhi and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav steps down after inaugurating Lifeline Express Hospital train in New Delhi on Thursday,12 July 2007.Lifeline express which was started in 1991 has already completed 92 projects while curing some more than 450,000 patients all over India all free of cost.The hospital train is now being converted into a stationery hospital.
