Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Rajnish Seth; Mumbai police commissioner Sanjeev Dayal and Additional Commissioner of Police (Central Region) Ritesh Kumar with other officials produce Kurla serial rape and murder case suspect identified as Javed Ahmed Shaik during a press conference in Mumbai on Thursday, 01 July 2010. Vikhroli Court has remanded 14 days of police custody to Javed Ahmed Shaik. He was arrested after the police found a DNA match between his and the third victim"s samples. The nine-year-old victim had gone missing on June 9. Her decomposed body was found on June 19.
