Marat Bisengaliev, World renowned Virtuoso Violinist & Director of The Symphony Orchestra of India (SOI), a creation of the National Centre for the Performing Arts with musicians put the final touch for their performance and international debut at the fifth festival of the World’s Symphony Orchestra in Moscow-Russia on 11 June as a part of Russia Day celebrations in Mumbai on Monday, 07 June 2010.
