A man cross railway track during the foggy weather in New Delhi on Saturday, 03 January 2009. Heavy fog and cold across northern India has disrupted all flights and train networks. Trains delayed more than 14 hours and flights are delayed affecting normal operations at Indira Gandhi International Airport and leading to cancellation of 19 flights. The national capital remained in the grip of increasing cold wave with the minimum temperature settling at four degrees Celsius.
