School students participate in a drawing competition at India Gate in New Delhi on Tuesday, 06 January 2009.Delhi Traffic police organized this competition in collaboration with schools as an effort to promote educate and create awareness about the necessity of obeying traffic rules for safety reasons and the same was the theme of this painting competition.
