Six of the seven Rajya Sabha Members Ejaz Ali, Kamal Akhtar, Subhash Yadav, Nand Kishore Yadav, Vir Pal Singh Yadav and Aamir Alam Khan, who were suspended from Parliament Session on Women"s reservation Bill issue, outside at Parliament house in New Delhi on Tuesday, 09 March 2010. The women’s reservation Bill was finally passed in the Rajya Sabha today with 186 members voting for it and only one voting against. The Constitution (108th Amendment) Bill, granting 33 per cent reservation to women in Lok Sabha and State Assemblies was put to vote after a debate on the issue.
