A protester who disrupted the celebrations for World Disability Day is carried away by policemen in New Delhi on Monday, 03 December 2007.The protester alleged that the government has done nothing to ensure the implementation of provisions of a 1995 Act that provides equal opportunities, protection of rights and full participation to disabled people.
