Chairman of The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and Director General of TERI Dr. R.K. Pachauri addresses at a felicitation ceremony held by The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in New Delhi on Saturday,15 December 2007. IPCC recently won the Nobel Peace Price which is headed by Dr. R.K.Pachauri.
