Police men try to detain members of All Jammu and Kashmir Handicapped Association (AJKHA) during a protest to mark World Disability Day at Rajbagh in Srinagar, the summer capital Jammu and Kashmir. Police detained nearly a dozen members of AJKHA as they were trying to reach the office of UNMOGIP to hand over a memorandum highlighting their demands.
