Congress Party General Secretary &Trustee for Rajiv Gandhi Foundation Rahul Gandhi & Sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra meet physically disabled scooter recipients in New Delhi on Wednesday, 28 September 2011.Some 220 three-wheeler scooters were distributed to disabled people by the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation.
