KLNLF arms laying ceremo

Songja Timung, Commander-in-Chief of Karbi Longri National Liberation Front (KLNLF) militants hold gun during an arms laying ceremony at the Diphu, in Karbi Anglong district, Guwahati on Thursday, 11 February 2010. Above 400 KLNLF cadres, including the outfit’s chairman Habe Tokbi have surrendered and entered in to a ceasefire agreement with the government of India but they will not enter into politics stated by Rajak Dera, the Public Secretary of KNLF. After the ceasefire all the surrendered rebels will stay in designated camps.
